Your new company
This Automotive company is looking for a permanent HR manager to be be responsible for a growing R&D location with currently 100 employees. Further growth is expected for the company, therefore hiring takes a big role in the day to day work of the HR Department.
Your new role
As a HR Manager you will be responsible for the whole recruitment cycle from interview to exit, payroll management, SAP Management, implementing new processes and update existing policies in line with legislation and best practice, KPI reporting and tracking, promote a positive health and safety culture, performance management and annual salary reviews.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be degree educated with several years of experience within HR along with good knowledge of employment law, tax and social security law. You must also have experience in using SAP, leading a small team, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge in Lotus Notes and experience of working internationally will be an advantage to the role.
What you will get in return
You will receive £45,000-£55,000 plus a pension scheme, private health care, performance bonus scheme, flexible working hours and able to work from home 4 times a month.
