The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Manage key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery. Liaise with professional advisors as required. Liaise with Scheme Actuary and actuarial team
Advise and support HR professionals and business teams on pension matters, procedures and the implications for the business (financial, legal and operational).
Manage and update the Pensions Management Plan and ensure ongoing Regulatory and legislative compliance
Monitor changes to pensions and tax legislation to ensure that the Scheme remains compliant. Developing pension's policy.
- Support Reward Lead's annual Group Excepted Life renewal process and associated market review process as required.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Technical pension's knowledge with significant experience dealing with Trust based pension schemes.
APMI (Associate of the Pensions Management Institute) qualified or equivalent.
Ability to plan effectively and work within tight time frames.
Resilient and able to adapt in the context of changing and emerging requirements.
Ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
£45,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience + fantastic benefits!
