Data Systems and Reward Analyst
Oakleaf are working with a global trading and brokerage organisation. They are looking for a savvy Systems and Reward Analyst who can join the team on an interim basis and hit the ground running. A large focus of the role will be on the annual compensation review cycle providing technical and analytical support to drive the decision making process. Key responsibilitiesSystems maintenance inclyding security and back up proceduresUnderstand and develop access and data controls for HR systemStatistical analysis on the market, HR and employee dataCoordination, validation and updated of data for HR SystemsPrepare dashboard reporting on key HR analyticsCollation, analysis and presentation of employee data in relation to the annual compensation processPreparation of data to support market survey participationThe successful candidate will have the following: Experience of managing HR systems as well as analysing, interpreting and presenting complex employee reward data is essential.Ideally you will have HR.net knowledgeStrong analytical and numerical skils are essentialAdvanced level Excel skills, including proficience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP and macrosAbility to deliver on deadlines wile maintaining high levels of accuracy This role requires someone to start asap so those on a short notice or available to start immediately will be highly preferred.
