HR Business Partner
Do you have experience working autonomously in an international business? Are you an HR Generalist who has developed Learning & Development frameworks but is an HR Business Partner at heart? I am working with a family-owned, international software business who are looking for an HR Business Partner to support UK and European client groups.
Reporting into the Group Head of HR who is based in Australia, you will ensure an effective and innovative HR service is delivered to the business, in line with the Group's strategic goals. Working collaboratively with international HR colleagues, you will deliver annual resource plans, coach business leaders and ensure staff engagement, as well as taking responsibility for day to day HR queries and the employee lifecycle. There is an L&D focus for the role, rolling out training workshops, managing performance reviews and upskilling management on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will be a strong HR generalist who has worked in an international organisation and can show a track record of understanding international employment legislation. You will be comfortable working in a commercial and autonomous role and take a high-touch approach with your stakeholders. The business is evolving so you will be able to take a collaborative approach to leading change initiatives whilst feeding into the wider Global business.
