Job Title - HRIS Analyst

Contract type – Permanent

Salary – Circa £44k per annum

What will you get involved with?

The key focus of this role will be the go to person for HRIS related matters. You will help our client to get the best our of their HR System. You will be technically savvy (when it comes to HR and Payroll Systems) but you will also have a good understanding of HR processes so that you can help underpin a great HR service with great technology.

The HR Systems Analyst must be able to interface effectively with senior-level clients, analyse and interpret business problems, and design optimum solutions for business needs. You will be responsible for interpreting business needs, defining report/analysis requirements, estimating the scope and time to build solutions. You will be responsible for liaising with IT (as needed) and ultimately analysing and finalising client deliverables.

You will also provide assistance with any ad hoc HR projects which could include involvement in system implementation. You will be responsible for the delivery of system related projects including improvements, configuration changes, data maintenance including mass, minor and version updates from instigation, through implementation, testing and roll outs with communication, training requirements and ongoing support including providing process and user guides.

What experience are we looking for? 

We are looking for someone with solid experience in data analysis and working with HR IT systems in a similar role. You will have strong business acumen gained in a commercial setting with the ability to work with new client groups and draw connections between technology and HR initiatives

You will have experience in managing multiple priorities/projects and milestones and to meet deadlines in a timely fashion. It goes without saying that you will have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. We would like to see comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Stakeholder engagement skills are key. You will need to deal effectively with and influence people at all levels of the organisation. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong organisation and time management skills.
