Job Title – Senior HR Administrator

Contract type – Permanent

Location – West London (Acton Area)

Salary – Circa £30k per annum

If you have a real passion for HR and can demonstrate great experience within a commercial business with at least one thousand employees then you could be just the person our client is looking for. We don’t want to tell you too much about who the client is at this stage as we don’t want to spoil the surprise!

What will be keeping you busy?

Working as an integral part of the team you will be the first point of contact into the department, so we are looking for someone who is confident to handle this.  You will need to juggle the business as usual HR administration duties with input into projects so you will get good variety in your role here.

Expect to handle recruitment administration, including job offers, contracts and onboarding preparation.  Manage HR data and the website pages, starters and leavers, induction process and new joiners feedback. You will maintain up-to-date computerised and manual records for all applicants and employees, including candidate diversity records.

You will also coordinate performance reviews and the annual salary review process and will take up the responsibility for reporting of absence and other HR metrics.

There is the potential for the right candidate to take on the support of a client group, to grow your support from general enquiries and ER administration support to perhaps take this to the next level.

Who are we looking for?

As this role has broad scope. We are looking for a career focussed HR specialist with some solid HR administration experience within a commercial organisation.  You are likely to have coordinated previous projects and may have even handled first line support in a previous role.  You will need to be commercial & confident with a tenacity to take ownership of your responsibilities.  You will be a great listener, be able to multi-task and be a great support to the team.  A relevant HR qualification is preferred. If you have completed or are working towards your CIPD qualifications, this may be advantageous but not essential.
