HR Project Partner
Leading organisation based in Edinburgh is looking to recruit several HR Project Partners on a permanent basis to ensure the company achieve their business objectives through their greatest asset - their people.
The key focus of this role will be delivering people projects to a high standard according to key milestones and timescales specific to business units or organisation wide.
As an HR Project Partner you'll manage projects simultaneously from inception to completion working closely with stakeholders at all levels and managing project teams where applicable. Your role will be critical to ensuring all projects are qualified correctly, fully scoped and agreed with stakeholders. You'll propose options for delivery including timescales, costs and resources and ensure stakeholders remain fully informed of progress and any challenges throughout. Managing the completion of projects, exiting effectively and gathering feedback from all parties to measure success against original objectives. Whilst you won't have any direct reports, you will be expected to motivate and drive others towards a common goal.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- To be an experienced HR professional, preferably CIPD qualified who has experience of managing people projects
- To be a strong communicator with proven leadership, influencing and negotiating skills
- Fantastic relationship management skills
- To be resilient and remain calm when faced with obstacles
- To be a real team player
- Experience of working in a commercial organisation, financial services is preferable although not essential
