  • source and shortlist for positions within the business
  • post job adverts and liaise with agencies
  • co-ordinate interviews and liaise with the hiring manager
  • ensure hiring managers have CVs
  • organise meeting rooms
  • carry out pre-employment checks and compliance
  • request references
  • ensure the recruitment tracking system is up to date
  • manage the firms org charts are up to date
  • monitor the HR inbox
  • monitor social media
  • support on HR projects
  • support on on boarding and inductions
  • update personnel files; starters, leavers and contracts
  • all relevant HR and administration tasks

Profile

  • Recruitment experience
  • Strong administration experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a professional services business
