The key responsibilities are
- Contribute to the HR components of change management and restructuring initiatives,
- Lead and/or contribute to HR projects
- Manage, motivate and develop the HR Officer and HR Administrator
The successful candidate will have extensive HR generalist experience within a similar fast paced, professional, commercially focused environment where you will have had exposure to a variety of HR issues including recruitment, attendance, performance management, disciplinary and grievance.
You will be CIPD qualified and possess a good working knowledge of employment law.
£40,000 - £45,000 + benefits. This is a full time role but various work patterns are considered.
