HR Business Partner

A strong HR Generalist, you'll have a great understanding of business drivers to ensure the HR advice and practice is aligned to business issues and objectives. You'll also deliver solutions focused coaching and advice to senior managers and challenge their thinking when dealing with People activities. Engaging and successful collaboration with your business areas and stakeholders is essential to enable the effective delivery and communication of business changes to their respective areas.
You'll also analyse HR MI, understanding trends and gaining insight, and work with your business areas to develop HR solutions which bring about positive change and address issues including identifying specific employment issues.
To be successful in this role you'll be a strong HR generalist with an excellent understanding of employment law and a proven ability to advise on practical application.
An excellent communicator who can coach and influence people managers and senior leaders to embed key people initiatives and drive a leading people experience.
Analytical with the ability to take MI and trends and develop People solutions which deliver positive results for the organisation.
Financial Services or professional services experience is desirable.
Please note that this position is a 12 month fixed term contract.
£36,000 - £40,000 + fantastic benefits.
