HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner
A pharmaceutical organisation in East London (outskirts of the City) is looking for a HR Advisor/Junior Business Partner to join their expanding team. You will be working closely with the team, and be heavily involved in projects, in a very ambiguous and fast paced environment, therefore must be confident operating in a role with no clearly defined boundaries.
-Previous experience operating as a HR generalist
-Have had demonstrable involvement in projects, and able to confidently explain at interview your own responsibility within these
-Confident in making your voice heard, both in the HR team and wider business
-Able to work in a role with no clearly defined boundaries, in a changing environment
