In this role you'll design and deliver simple, robust and engaging processes that enable our business to identify and prioritise the capabilities needed now and in the future to deliver on our strategic plans, while partnering where appropriate and holding the wider people team to account for delivery against those agreed plans. 

You'll also work with the business to design Organisation structures that meet the needs of the business, this role uphold our design principles and build OD understanding and capability in the wider people team in order to retain integrity.
