A well established Professional Services business based in Leeds City Centre.
As a HR Assistant you will be working as part of a HR team reporting into the HR Manager delivering an efficient HR service across 150 employees.
First point of contact for all HR queries including first level advising
HR Administration - recruitment, new starters, leavers, contracts, inductions, updating employee files
Updating sickness absence tracker
General HR Administration as and when required
- Have previously worked as a HR Assistant/HR Administrator
- Have worked in a face to face HR function
- Have proficient IT skills
- Have attention to detail with the ability to manage own workload
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in a Professional Services environment across stakeholders
- Salary £20,000 - £22,000k per annum
- 12 month fixed term contract
