Ashley Kate are delighted to be working in partnership with a client based in Wakefield in their search for a HR & Payroll Administrator. This is a permanent part time position with the hours circa 25 hours per week.

You will be joining a friendly team and will be confident in completing payroll tasks such as; payroll submission for multiple departments, resolving third party enquiries, issuing payslips & P45's. You will also be supporting the HR Manager with day-to-day HR administration such as; production of contracts & offer letters, filing and scanning, ensuring the completion of ad hoc paperwork and making sure that employee records are kept up to date

To be considered you will have previous HR administration experience, an understanding of payroll and previous experience of working on payroll software (desirable)
