As a HR Business Partner, your prime focus will be to work in partnership with leaders to implement appropriate people change strategies and solutions and to provide line managers with robust advice, coaching and guidance, enabling them to embed a leading people experience.
Engaging and successful collaboration with your business areas and stakeholders is essential to enable the effective delivery and communication of business changes to their respective areas.
The ideal candidate will be a strong HR Generalist with organisational change experience, an excellent understanding of employment law and a proven ability to advise on practical application.
You'll be confident at hitting the ground running and be able to start in July.
This 6 month role is based on £38,000 - £40,000 pa + fantastic benefits.
