We are delighted to be partnering with a leading FMCG business based in Hull who have an immediate requirement for an experienced HR Generalist to join them for a fixed period of 12 months.

This is a hands on operational HR role requiring you to give full generalist support to non-unionised headcount of circa 150 staff.

You will be an experienced HR Adviser/ Manager who is used to working in a highly autonomous capacity or standalone role with full site responsibility. You will report into a Head of HR and be able to support the site through significant change management issues including high level of Employee Relations and on going day to day queries.

You will be used to partnering closely with Operational leaders and have excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
