I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor based in Manchester. This is a challenging role where the successful candidate will lead the HR Shared Services Desk and provide support and coaching to line managers whilst implementing and delivering excellent HR initiatives. This role will require the successful candidate to be a quick thinker with the ability to drive processes that are essential to keeping the business operating.
To be considered for this role you MUST:
- Be Level 5 CIPD qualified as a minimum
- Have a drivers license and be happy travelling to other sites as required
- Proven knowledge of employment legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
