Learning and Development Partner
Following a re-structure and continued successful expansion our Client has created a new, exceptionally forward thinking L&D function to support their Award Winning talent Development strategy. In this role you will be central and critical in the design, implement and develop a new portfolio of development and industry leading programmes to support the ongoing employee development.
You will feel excited by and naturally gravitate towards an organisation that are exceptionally customer centric and through their L&D function aim to give all employees (at all levels of the business) the tools, behaviours and desire to be customer advocates in all they undertake.
You would be working as part of a new team who will not consider 'good' to be a desired outcome - you will be creative in your solutions, be very natural in a true Business Partner role, and someone who understands the importance of developing true, commercially focused, pro active relationships with key Contact Centre stakeholders.
You will have experience of a number of learning interventions and have an understanding of the impact different solutions can have to different audiences and training needs. There will be an element of management development within the role which will tie into the wider talent development and succession plans for the business. You will be given autonomy to work closely with your key operational stakeholders at a Snr Manager and Head of level and central HR colleagues to support your business functions with a range of blended learning tools.
