Senior Learning & Development Manager
This leading law firm based in the City is looking for a Senior L&D Manager to join the firm. Forming part of a wider L&D team this role will see you reporting into the Head of L&D supporting the firm globally with a range of projects and programmes. This role will see the successful candidate involved in both design and delivery, with the firm specifically interested in candidates who are happy in a role with significant exposure to both gained within a corporate environment.
Based in the London office this role will see you managing two Managers in the team and responsible for their development and performance. You will work closely with the Head of L&D to develop the overall strategy and steering of the function ensuring that the design and delivery of all programmes enhance the skills of employees. Working across the firm you will work with teams in relation to course scheduling, monthly updates, as well as managing evaluation and feedback reports.
You will also be responsible for undertaking various training needs analysis, producing project plans, and conducting research in order to deliver improvement plans for teams. Tracking targets for a variety of practice areas you will provide coaching across the firm ensuring performance is on track.
The firm is looking to meet with solid L&D professionals with a proven track record of design and delivery as this firm delivery the majority of training in house. You will already be operating at Manager level with significant exposure to L&D within a corporate environment. Educated to Degree level, you will have managed budgets, posses solid senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills as well as a passion for L&D.
