Interim HR BP - £250/300 per day – 6-9 months – Birmingham & travel

This market leading organisation has an interim requirement to cover for maternity leave for 6-9 months with an ideal start date later in July/early August.

The role reports into the HoHR and will be part of a small team supporting Operations Directors and Regional Managers.

Initially, the interim HR BP will need to be able to provide day to day support to these stakeholders and attend meetings across the UK c1-2 days per week, so the ability to undertake planned travel as required is essential.

The business is currently undergoing a review of its Business Operating Model which is likely to result in a restructure during this interim period, so there will be as  some really interesting project work including potential redundancies, restructures, JDs for new roles, OD etc.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced generalist interim HR BP with the technical expertise to support a restructuring project with the flexibility to travel.
