A thriving financial technology company is now looking to hire an experienced HR Officer/Advisor to join in a newly created Business Partner role. Working closely with the Head of HR and Senior HR BP, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your generalist capability across the organisation and provide consultation and strategic advice. Based predominantly in their Reading office (4 days a week) and London office (1 day) with occasional international travel, your remit will be to advise and coach a multi-country population (UK, EMEA, APAC) with generalist support, covering key elements of Talent Management, Workforce Planning, ER and L&D.  Essential is a good understanding of HR policy and the added ability to articulate this in a simple, meaningful way. You will help to develop HR strategies and programs to deal with people management challenges at a functional level. The business is very keen to meet HR professionals who are pragmatic, resilient and have common sense as they will need to fully engage with the workforce. As a result the business is looking to meet candidates with at least 3 years HR experience, ideally from within a technology or cloud based business who can work autonomously to deliver key program support. This is an amazing opportunity for an HR Officer/Advisor to move up to a functional HR Business Partner role and engage with a diverse, multi-country client group. In the first instance please contact Peter Francis at PSD on 020 7970 9614
