More specifically, as an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;
- People management - policies/procedures, leading on ER cases, working with the wider L&D team, maternity/paternity, absence managemet etc.
- HR project work
- Recruitment - supporting the team with interviewing as and when required
- Mentoring junior members of the team
- Supporting with the resourcing and development of the firms HR strategies
This role would suit someone currently in an HR Advisor role, who is looking for a new challenge and their next step in a broad, varied and rewarding role. This opportunity is very business facing so would suit someone who is credible, confident and professional.
You must have experience managing ER cases end to end, including disciplinaries and grievances and working in a professional services environment. You must also have excellent stakeholder management skills, be highly organised and have the ability to take a flexible approach to working.
