Are you an HR Analyst looking for your next short-term contract? A financial service firm is seeking an Analyst to assist with an upcoming Talent Project. This is a temporary role for six weeks, with the possibility of extension, based in the City of London.

You will primarily support the successful running of the Talent and Succession Planning review process. This will be through the provision of strong data analysis support to HR Business Partners, including reporting. The team are currently implementing the Workday Talent module, however this is not yet finished and so you will use Excel to combine multiple data sources into your reports, and present the data in an engaging manner.

You should have prior experience of Talent, Human Resources or Reward Analytics. Strong data analysis skills are a must with the ability to combine data from multiple sources. Strong Excel to a minimum of intermediate level is essential, including vlookups, pivots and graphs.
