The HR Manager advice to all business sites in Leeds and nationwide involving various Employee Relations and Team Management aspects.
Responsible for over 500 employees and reporting into Head of HR.
A HR Manager is required for a commercial, nationwide business in an exciting period of expansion and growth based in leeds.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a growing workforce of over 500 employees, dealing with a variety of senior HR duties.
Duties will include, however are not limited to:
Employee relations including disciplinary, grievance and capability issues, leading on complex cases
Management of ad hoc project work within the team when required; ensuring deadlines are met through delegation and organising of given projects.
Create and maintain relationships with senior managers; providing expert, customer focused support from the HR team to all internal clients.
Maintenance of HR and management information including record keeping, and provide periodic data reports as required.
- Previous proven experience within a variety of HR operations
- Ability to communicate with all stakeholders of the business
- Have working knowledge of HR legislation
- CIPD qualification essential
£28,000 - £30,000 + Generous Annual Leave + Private Health Care and Pension Scheme
