HR Operations and Payroll Manager

What’s it about

This is an exciting time to join Partners Group as we experience continuous growth across our global platform. In the role of HR Operations and Payroll Manager, reporting to the Regional Head of HR in Switzerland, you will support employees and management for our London, Guernsey and Dubai offices (approx. 140 employees). You will

  • Lead all employee life cycle processes with focus on entries, changes, transfers and exits
  • Prepare all documentations such as contracts of employments, alterations and work permit applications
  • Manage payroll including long–term incentives and  benefits plans (Guernsey and Dubai outsourced payrolls); prepare all necessary reporting
  • Ensure compliance with and stay abreast of all labour laws and regulations
  • Proactively optimize processes, policies and procedures
  • Work closely together with HR Business Partners and Centers of expertise located in Switzerland 
  • Participate in  European  and global HR projects to further develop the HR function
  • Support recruitment activities in the London office (optional, depending on background and interest)
  • Be the HR face for London and associated offices  

What we expect

For this challenging position, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on professional with the following profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent essential, further education in Human Resources and/or relevant functional qualifications
  • Substantial working experience in HR operations and payroll, ideally in financial or professional services and international, complex environments
  • Solid knowledge across multiple HR process areas, ideally also in other jurisdictions e.g. Guernsey market
  • Good communication skills; strong desire to learn; high attention to detail
  • Excel in a fast paced, results-oriented, high volume environment, ability to prioritize and work independently, as well as in a matrix organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and HR systems (SuccessFactors / Sage)
