EMEA Benefits Manager - 3-6 month contract
I am partnering with a Global Asset Manager in recruiting for an EMEA Benefits and Pensions role. Reporting into the Head of Reward in the US and working with the London based Reward team, this role will be responsible for all EMEA Benefits and Pensions. Initially this is a 3-6 months contract to cover a period of absence.
Your company benefits management responsibilities will include scheme design, oversight, administration, changes to participation, vendor selection and management, communications, statements and promotion awareness. You will also be benefits policy and subject matter expert. On the pensions side you will manage pension trustee support and have oversight of the DB and DC schemes.
The successful candidates will have sound knowledge of UK DB and DC pensions operation, communication and legislation as well as experience of supporting Trustee bodies.
