As Training & On-boarding Manager you will be:

  • Responsible for the design, planning and delivery of induction training ensuring a positive new starter experience and transition to the operational business
  • Delivering operationally competent Advisers/ Leaders throughout the whole customer experience team in the most appropriate timescale
  • Understanding of available Management Information and the ability to analyse and identify trends at group, team or individual levels
  • Providing structured learning interventions that meet the requirements of the business
  • Developing the talent, knowledge and motivation of your candidates to achieve a top performing team
  • Providing support for new business initiatives that require training support
  • To be flexible to the needs of the business and/or team; to undertake all other business or ad hoc tasks, as required by the business and line manager


You will have:

  • background in L&D environment
  • experience in design and delivery of high volume inductions
  • strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • experience in working in a regulatory environment and technical training experience

Job Offer

Salary up to £40.000

+generous pension and holidays
