Leading professional services organisation based in Leeds seek to appoint a L&D Manager to support the development of engagement of their colleagues.
Your new role
The role is to deliver comprehensive operational training programmes and coaching solutions to the business. This will include knowledge systems skills and also technical skills to maximise business performance of new and existing employees. There is also a requirement to oversee and deliver call, letter, email & work queue quality scoring working closely with all team leaders and senior management to promote continuous improvement in quality. Provide analysis based on the quality results to the customer facing areas.
What you'll need to succeed
The suitable applicant should have experience of:
- Working in a collections/customer service environment
- Delivery of MI and strategic objectives in training and coaching
- Thorough understanding of quality and auditing processes
- Solid understanding of working in a regulatory environment
