My client is looking for an HR Manager to work as part of this dedicated and professional team of 4, collaborating with the HR Director and supporting the business with a focus on both head office and customer facing divisions.
With locations across the globe, this brand sets the standards for the hospitality industry with a range of hotels and restaurants across 26 countries. With an emphasis on luxury, you will have the opportunity to work for one of the most recognised and prestigious brands in a role that shapes the people agenda for the organisation.
With around 11,000 employees across the business, you will be the main line manager for both the HR Administrator and Coordinator and support the UK within a generalist capacity, giving you the chance to be exposed to all areas of HR. You will pave the way with all things L&D, running weekly 'lunch & learns' and reviewing the induction process to ensure a smooth and educated initiation into the business. You will work closely with line managers to coach and guide around employee relations while assisting with case management, working closely with the HR Director.
The brand has recently seen an investment in technology which will see the implementation of a new HR system, so experience with systems/ the introduction of a new HR systems would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Advisor/ HR Manager looking for their next step within their career, ideally coming from a customer centric organisation.
