My client, a world-class education institution now has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

As a key member of the Senior HR Team, you'll lead a team of HR Business Partners in the delivery of a proactive HR business partnering services within their client areas.

Operating at a strategic level, and as an advocate for strategic HR, you'll be accountable for ensuring that business partnering services support, influence and challenge leaders to deliver people initiatives that advance business objectives and the organisation's strategic vision. This will include Workforce planning, Strategic resourcing, succession and talent management, Organisational design, Capability management, Change management, Employee engagement and wellbeing and Employee relations and much more!

As a proven HR Business Partner, you will already be experienced in developing highly effective working relationships at all levels by building credibility, respect, trust and rapport through effective influence and challenge. You'll offer an in-depth understanding of the strategic, procedural and cultural practices needed to deliver creative solutions and an excellent HR business partnering service in a complex and demanding environment. You'll also be able to analyse, interpret and present workforce data and trends to influence people strategies, possess a sound knowledge and understanding of employment law and best practice in HRM and an understanding of workforce planning, principles and application.

To be considered for this fantastic career development opportunity you must be able to demonstrate:

Substantial experience of working in a senior generalist/HRBP role with professional competence across the range of HR functions

Significant experience of working in a large, complex and regulated environment

Experience of leading, motivating and developing HR staff and demonstrable success in managing a team tasked with delivering HR services or projects

A high level of strategic awareness gained through experience of working with leaders, discussing business priorities and challenges, working through the HR implications and translating them into effective HR strategies and interventions

Experience of stakeholder consultation and engagement including experience of working in partnership with trade unions

Experience of designing, consultation, delivery and embedding complex organizational change

Experience of effective management of full range of complex casework including Employment Tribunals
