Are you a Human Resources Analyst looking to get some more exposure to data in different areas of HR? Do you thrive in a busy environment where you can take ownership of your role? A financial services firm in the city are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

You'll cleanse and analyse data across the HR function including Recruitment, Reward and Talent, and prepare reports that will go to Board level. You'll create spreadsheets and tools and help external vendors to develop dashboard reports. The team will depend on you to help the business understand the story their data is telling them. This could be everything from headcount trends to gender pay gap reporting and diversity and inclusion metrics. You'll reconcile reports between payroll, benefits and the wider HR system. You'll carry out UAT testing and act as first line support for queries around the HR system. The firm is friendly and the benefits are great. You will need three to five years' experience in People Analytics, and advanced skills in Excel. You should be able to do pivot tables and vlookups in your sleep, and have a solid understanding of VBA and macros. You should have excellent technical skills and preferably hold a degree in an analytical subject. You'll need to be comfortable talking to the wider business and helping them with their queries.
