HR Data Analyst - 12 month FTC
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading financial services organisation who are based in the City. They currently have an opportunity for a HR Data Analyst to join their team. Responsibilities:HR analytics - gender pay reporting, year on year dataAbility to analyse reporting and provide commentary to the wider businessMonthly Head Count Reporting and general HR operations reports. Will involve monthly and quarterly group reporting requirements as well as ad hoc reporting.Regulatory reporting including MAS reporting (Singapore), Netherlands regulatory reportingHR governance - implementation of new legislation, BAU of GDPRSupport with internal and external audits and support the implementation of audit action pointsManagement of Directors pay and regulatory returnsWe are looking for someone who has strong HR analytical skills with excellent communication and the ability to transfer the data into a language the wider organisation can understand. Strong Excel skills are a must for this role, including Vlook up and pivot tables. Previous experience within a reporting/analytical role is essential.To be considered please apply accordingly.
