Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading financial services organisation who are based in the City. They currently have an opportunity for a HR Data Analyst to join their team. Responsibilities:

HR analytics - gender pay reporting, year on year data

Ability to analyse reporting and provide commentary to the wider business

Monthly Head Count Reporting and general HR operations reports. Will involve monthly and quarterly group reporting requirements as well as ad hoc reporting.

Regulatory reporting including MAS reporting (Singapore), Netherlands regulatory reporting

HR governance - implementation of new legislation, BAU of GDPR

Support with internal and external audits and support the implementation of audit action points

Management of Directors pay and regulatory returns

We are looking for someone who has strong HR analytical skills with excellent communication and the ability to transfer the data into a language the wider organisation can understand. Strong Excel skills are a must for this role, including Vlook up and pivot tables. Previous experience within a reporting/analytical role is essential.
