Regional HR Advisor (South East) - up to £35k + car
This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a Regional HR Advisor to join a fast paced, dynamic and changing organisation. Working in support of staff and managers at sites across London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire and Hampshire you will be responsible for providing a cutting-edge generalist service to managers and employees at all levels.

Duties include:

  • Providing advice and guidance to managers on a wide range and complex HR and ER issues.
  • Dealing with TUPE projects along with other HR change issues.
  • Supporting managers with their coaching responsibilities and improving people competencies where possible.

You should have experience of working as an autonomous and decision-making HR Advisor previously and you will need the confidence and ability to engage with staff at a management level. Experience of conducting ER procedures such as disciplinary, grievance and TUPE is essential and ideally you will have HR qualifications.

Please note that one of the immediate challenges of this role is that you need to engage with key operational stakeholders and "sell" the value of HR. This can only be done face to face and you must be prepared to travel extensively throughout the region. A base around Reading or Watford would make sense but is not essential.

Salary: Up to £35000 + car and benefits. Given you will be home based there will be no commute costs.
