This is a full time role in central Leeds

My client, a leading professional services business is looking for a HR Advisor to support their Leeds site in providing a client focused service. Assisting line managers and their people through professional, commercial and pragmatic HR advice and support.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Provide first line HR and ER support & advice to line managers and employees
  • Ownership of the Recruitment Control process from initial sign off to on boarding 
  • Updating the HR Database and ensuring the monthly HR Report is completed
  • Ensure all, sickness, absences and holidays are reported and recorded accurately
  • Provide administration support to the HR team
  • Organise Occupational Health Referrals
  • Oversee all administration of the Employee Induction Process
  • Ensure HR files are maintained effectively
  • HR Owner of HR and Payroll Database
  • Oversee the administration of the Exit process for all leavers
  • Support with the development and take ownership on the maintenance of HR Policies & procedures
  • Contribute to HR projects when required
  • Any general HR administration or ad hoc duties at the discretion of the HR Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to join a progressive HR function. The ideal candidate will have previously operated within a multisite operation.
