HR Reporting and Data Analyst
Hudson are excited to be supporting this market leading business who have an opportunity for HR Reporting and Data Analyst to join their HR team.
As a HR Reporting and Data Analyst your responsibilities will include:
Working on, designing and delivering MI reports focusing on areas including headcount, performance and attrition
Quickly turning around reports for HRBP's when required for meetings
Interpreting the data and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
Training and advising colleagues on using self-service reports and dashboards
We are looking for someone who has strong Excel skills, is confident working with large quantities of data and is comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.
