Hudson are excited to be supporting this market leading business who have an opportunity for HR Reporting and Data Analyst to join their HR team.

As a HR Reporting and Data Analyst your responsibilities will include:

  • Working on, designing and delivering MI reports focusing on areas including headcount, performance and attrition

  • Quickly turning around reports for HRBP's when required for meetings

  • Interpreting the data and presenting findings to senior stakeholders

  • Training and advising colleagues on using self-service reports and dashboards

We are looking for someone who has strong Excel skills, is confident working with large quantities of data and is comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.
