Administrative or HR experience essential

Based in the leisure and hospitality industry our client is based in Leeds and is in a period of sustained growth

Description

In a busy and varied role, the role of the HR Administrator will include, however is not limited to:

  • General admin duties including maintenance of HR systems, database and payroll
  • Issuing contracts of employment and variation letters
  • Ensuring that employee's compliance is correct and up-to-date
  • Being the first point of call in HR enquiries
  • Liaising with internal colleagues providing policy and procedure support

Profile

  • A strong administrator to hit the ground running and support HR in all processes
  • Have a knowledge of HR and the desire to study for CIPD qualification
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office
