Talent, Development and Engagement Manager
Your new role
Reporting directly into the Director of People and Organisation Development, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing a people strategy and employee value proposition, as well as setting, developing and maintaining the organisations culture, behaviours and brand. This will begin by creating an employee value proposition to include career, talent and training development, as well as looking at leadership development and staff retention.
The successful post holder with be responsible for managing employee engagement surveys, working closely with the L&D team to develop a comprehensive L&D strategy and leading on the delivery of all internal communications. In addition, you will be responsible for line managing one individual.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have worked in a similar role previously and have a track record of designing and delivering talent strategies. In addition, you will be confident designing and delivering cultural change programmes with integrated learning and development, experienced at developing an employee value propositions and have a thorough understanding of different engagement techniques.
Someone with a self-starter and proactive attitude will thrive in this environment as new ideas and excellent working relationships are essential to the success of the role.
