In-House International Mobility Consultant

Midlands

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an In-House International Mobility Consultant in a highly regarded investment bank. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in International Mobility, particularly International Business Travellers.

This role would suit a corporate minded professional with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ensures compliance with in-house Global Mobility policy
  • Work closely with the local HR Generalist teams
  • Ensure timely review and payment of all vendor invoices
  • Generation and review of assignment documentation
  • Preparing and reviewing reports
  • Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional client service and relationship building skills and commercially aware
  • Strong experience in Global Mobility essential (practice or in house)
  • Highly organised and strong project management skills
  • Strong numeracy and spreadsheet skills with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
  • Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Up to date UK immigration knowledge is desirable
