A busy and varied role providing administrative support to the L&D department

Client Details

Our client is a global legal firm in a period of growth based in Leeds City Centre

Description

Key responsibilities of the role will include, however will not be limited to:

  • Administration and coordination of various training activities and support requirements for the organisation
  • Work with Compliance and HR departments to maintain and update employee training course profiles
  • Administer training invoices and internal charges where applicable
  • Production and distribution of training certificates and delegate registers
  • Provide ad-hoc duties and absence-cover to support the L&D function as and when required

Profile

  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent Microsoft Office ability
