Your new role
The HR Advisor will support the Employee Relations Manager in delivering a comprehensive HR service to leaders and managers across a multi-sited region. The HR Advisor will provide advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, absence management, recruitment, safeguarding, compliance, HR policy & procedures, restructuring and redundancy. The postholder will coach managers on best practice and deliver short training sessions on people management skills. Some travel across the region will be required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will a CIPD qualified HR Advisor with very strong case-management experience and excellent employment law knowledge. Previous experience of the education sector is advantageous. A full driving licence and access to a car is vital.
What you'll get in return
The salary is £25,000 to £32,000 plus excellent benefits
