Resourcing Performance Manager

£350-£450 per day

Seeking an experienced interim Resourcing Performance Manager who will be responsible for working with data to provide valuable insights. This includes interpreting, forecasting and presenting data in a way which drives tactical decisions and managing financial responsibilities of the function

Responsibilities will include:

  • Analysis and interpretation of resourcing performance data
  • Monitoring and reporting against KPIs
  • Identification and implementation of remedial action where required
  • Completion of regular performance and exception reporting
  • Driving continuous improvement through data intelligence
  • Cost/benefit modelling and reporting

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience in commercial modelling and budget management
  • Qualitative and quantitative research ability
  • Data extraction and analysis skills
  • Proficient with Excel (including simple macros)
  • Proven track record in analysing large volumes of data and spotting trends, issues, anomalies
  • Ability to structure researched data into compelling insights
  • Prior experience with data visualisation tools
