Employee Relations Manager - 12 month FTC
Hudson are excited to be working with this market leading client to recruit an Employee Relations Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract, based in Watford. Managing a team of 8, you will lead the Employee Relations function and support the Division's commercial strategy, by working in partnership with the Operations leadership and field teams.
You will be responsible for the motivation and development of the ER team to ensure they are fully competent in all aspects of ER and critical case management. Through mentoring and coaching support an evolving approach to such areas as performance management and delivering management training with the aim that the team are providing commercial support to our managers collaboratively with the HR Business Partners.
The role holder must be able to demonstrate leadership, commercial focus and resolution to challenging and unprecedented cases with reference to legislation, case law and personal experience. This role will also need to set an exemplary standard of professionalism and organisation, and develop means of gaining greater business insight.
