As Reward Partner, you will be responsible for managing multiple relationships within the business, acting as a consultant with expert knowledge and understanding of company reward practices. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Compensation market data support and research
- Internal and external benchmarking
- Supporting the business during annual activity guiding the wider HR population
- Full ownership of specific populations
- Provide first class analytics
You will need to have previous experience of specialising in Reward with a Global Matrix organisation. A proven background managing multiple relationships, be highly numerate and have great ability on Excel. To be successful in the role you will need to have a proactive attitude to your work and work well in a team.
