L & D Analytics Manager - Human Resources
Will provide data insight and recommendations on priority learning needs
Will build business cases for L&D budget, monitoring and reporting budget spend against forecast
The company is a well known, large market leader, based in Reading. The company is easily accessible by train or car. The business has a good track record of recruiting interim personnel, integrating them into the company well, making the transition smooth. Once you are part of the business, there are numerous opportunities for you to progress, whether it's too other challenging temporary projects, or taking on a permanent role within the company. They look after their people well, with good rewards and benefits, and in this instance, they would like an experienced HR Manager with a focus on L&D to join them on an interim basis.
Responsibilities will be broad, as the chosen candidate will be able to become involved in a number of areas across the L&D piece. The role will take ownership for coordinating the training needs of the business, by providing the company with insightful and meaningful analysis by which they can make their decisions. The person in this role will make numerous recommendations bases on the data and insight gained in their analysis.
The L&D Analytics Manager rill create and maintain a dashboard that highlights the achievements and progress against key deliverables as well as scope, plan, and manage pan L&D projects and programmes.
This is an exciting role for a candidate with a passion for analytics and the information behind how a HR team can be at the heart of the commercials of a business.
The successful candidate will have a strong L&D background, from a HR Manager level position previously. He/she will be able to understand a large companies plans, requirements and challenges. A strong project management background with analytical skills would be desirable.
On offer is a daily rate that will depend on experience - we expect this to be between £250-350 a day.
