HR Generalist - Watford - £35,000 plus benefits

Excellent opportunity for a HR Generalist to join this well established organisation where you will be responsible for all areas of HR support and guidance. You will be involved in the following:-

- Employee Relations - first line information and advice in relations to HR issues
- Recruitment and Selection - identifying requirements and liaising with the Recruitment Manager
- Training and Development - Training Needs Analysis, Inductions, Training programmes
- Benefits Administration - assist with benefit queries and with employee award schemes
- Employee Survey - lead the annual employee survey and implement initiatives
- Ad-hoc Projects

You will need the following experience:-

- Ideally CIPD or equivalent
- Experience of operating at a similar level
- Practical knowledge of Employment Law
- Good understanding of the recruitment process
- Comfortable with HR and other reporting systems

It is essential that you are:-

- Team player, self motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure
- Comfortable with training and making group presentations
