Ashley Kate are delighted to be working alongside a dynamic, award-winning social enterprise who are looking for a talented and experienced CIPD qualified HR Manager to join their existing team based in Lincoln
As HR Manager you will play a vital role in an established HR department providing operational and strategic support, developing the talent management strategy and to retain key people to ensure the organisations continued success.
·Co-ordinate the recruitment process, training and induction of new employees, including all temporary seasonal NCS Mentors, ensuring all recruitment checks are carried out.
·Provide the Chief Executive with a monthly HR Report to include employment & sickness data and actions for the forthcoming periods
·To have overall responsibility for the NCS Mentor recruitment process
·If required assist Managers with performance management advice and ensure correct company practices are followed
·To supervise/allocate the daily work load of the HR Team, carrying out monthly 1 to 1 meetings
·Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Employment Law/Legislation.
·Relevant experience of managing personnel in an HR function.
·Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database management.
·A confident communicator who has the ability to build effective working relationships.
·Strong HR generalist who has both operational and strategic experience.
·Dynamic and commercially minded and is able to see the bigger picture
·Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi task.
