ROLE PROFILE:


As a HRIS Specialist you’ll ensure the maintenance of the current HRIS used by the business areas and when necessary to promptly respond to user issues, provide solutions and fixes for system bugs and errors. Provide support for annual HR process that rely on updates and uploads to the system (e.g. pay review process), in addition to this, there will be a strong requirement to review and improve the quality of the data held in the system to ensure that the information, at all times, is fit for purpose.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Regular interface with HR colleagues, both within the Corporate HR team and the subsidiary business HR teams
  • Regular interface with both internal and external stakeholders, outside of HR teams, to ensure the successful implementation of the required projects and initiatives
  • Support HR Teams through providing the training and education required to adequately utilise group wide HRIS solutions
  • Responsible for the proactive management of HR data and driving operational excellence by identifying and developing alternative methods for optimising and streamlining reporting
  • Provide input for processes involving HR Data with a continuous improvement philosophy
  • Manage HRIS (Cascade), employee and manager self-service portals
  • Support HR users to effectively use the systems, troubleshoot and fix issues, ensuring processes are working efficiently and undertaking employee and manager training and education
  • Support the annual pay review and bonus calculations process through managing the system requirements associated with these processes

 

ABOUT YOU:

 

  • Experience of Cascade is preferred as well as a solid foundation of working with other HRIS
  • Good working knowledge of HR processes and systems and can demonstrable experience of creating reports and management dashboards with the ability to manipulate, interrogate, interpret and present complex data that is visually aesthetic
  • Logical thinker with an analytical and numerical mind set with exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup tables, creating formulae’s)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mind set
