- Coach and advise managers on the job role, title, profile and evaluation process
- Hay evaluate and benchmark roles to align to the company grading and job structure
- Ensure there are graded job descriptions in place for all roles.
- Support coordination of bonus and incentive arrangements
- Develop innovative approaches to benefits to support employee engagement
- Conduct cost and benefit analysis
- Provide support on reward related enquiries
