A global intelligence/education organisation based in London is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager. The organisation is embarking on an exciting period of change and growth so this role will be focusing on projects and BAU. This is to join a small but delivery focused HR team, where you will report directly to the Group Head of Reward and Operations.
The role will provide central support and an efficient HR service to the organisation. The main accountabilities will include:
*Group HR Operations - employee lifecycle activities for leavers, joiners such as on-boarding.
*Expat admin - coordinate with Tax consultants, managing tax issues etc
*Reward - pay review, bonus and benchmarking activities
*Benefits - administration of the benefits scheme including renewals
*Policy and procedures
*Admin - ensuring up to date records, producing management information
Skills and Experience
*Ideally a Batchelors degree in HR or related discipline and CIPD
*Previous experience working in a global organisation
*Strong HRIS knowledge and experience
*Proficient in Microsoft word, excel etc
