PQE Training Account Manager
PQA Account Manager (Maternity cover) - Watford - £60-70,000 plus benefits
Our client is a well known commercial organisation that is looking for a Professional Qualifications and Accreditations Account Manager to join the team to cover a maternity contract. Reporting into the Director this role will help employees to develop and reach their full potential.
Part of the role is the Operations Manager where you will take responsibility for the line management for all members of the team, lead their training and recruitment and organise the team members to deliver their learning journey. You will be responsible for process improvement and driving forward changes within the team to create efficiencies and operational excellence.
the second part of the role is to be accountable for the strategic direction of the ACA programmes (and others that may arise in the future), relationship building with internal and external stakeholders, risk management of trainee issues and full budget responsibility for the programme spend. The implementation of professional qualification training policies and guidelines is also key.
You will need the following experience:-
- Ideally CIPD Qualified or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of qualification requirements and training environments
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate and influence with confidence and clarity to all levels.
- Ability to produce work to tight deadlines with attention to detail whilst under pressure
- Strong people skills
- Coaching experience
Some travel may be required with this role.
